At Abide in Christ The True Vine Ministries, every teaching begins and ends with Jesus — the true Vine from whom all life and fruitfulness flow. Our mission is to help believers grow in sound doctrine, live by faith, and bear lasting fruit through a deeper understanding of God’s Word.
Here you’ll find teachings that combine biblical truth, practical discipleship, and Spirit-led insight—crafted to strengthen pastors, equip families, and guide every follower of Christ into maturity. Whether through written lessons, devotionals, or video sessions, our desire is to see every believer rooted in Scripture and thriving in their relationship with God.
Abide in Christ
“I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing.” — John 15:5, KJV
To abide in Christ means to live in continual fellowship with Him — drawing our strength, wisdom, and fruitfulness from His life within us. Just as a branch cannot bear fruit on its own, the believer cannot produce true spiritual life apart from daily union with Jesus.
Abiding is not striving; it is resting in the finished work of Christ. It is allowing His Word to shape our thoughts, His Spirit to guide our steps, and His love to govern our actions. When we remain in Him, prayer becomes powerful, obedience becomes joyful, and fruitfulness becomes natural.
Christ calls every believer not merely to believe in Him, but to abide in Him — to make Him the source, center, and satisfaction of all life. From this place of abiding, every ministry, family, and work bears fruit that endures.
The Holy Spirit
“But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me.” — Acts 1:8, KJV
The Holy Spirit is God’s divine presence dwelling within every believer. He is not a force or feeling but a Person—our Comforter, Counselor, and Teacher. Through Him, we are born again, empowered to overcome sin, and equipped to serve Christ effectively.
The Spirit reveals truth, transforms hearts, and produces the fruit of love, joy, and peace in those who walk with Him. When we yield daily to His leading, He brings life where there was weakness and clarity where there was confusion.
To live a Spirit-filled life is to let God’s power, wisdom, and holiness flow through us for His glory. The same Spirit who raised Jesus from the dead now lives in you—guiding, strengthening, and confirming that you are a child of God.
Holiness is being set apart for God, living in purity and devotion to Him.
“Be ye holy; for I am holy.” — 1 Peter 1:16.
Holiness is the evidence of abiding in Christ and walking in His light.
“If we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another.” — 1 John 1:7
Holiness is not outward rituals but a heart transformed by God’s Spirit.
“Create in me a clean heart, O God; and renew a right spirit within me.” — Psalm 51:10
Faith is trusting God’s Word even when circumstances seem to say the opposite.
“For we walk by faith, not by sight.” — 2 Corinthians 5:7
Faith is the hand that receives God’s promises and the anchor that holds us in trials.
“Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.” — Hebrews 11:1
Faith is not inherited — it is a personal response to Christ that produces obedience and hope.
“The just shall live by his faith.” — Habakkuk 2:4

God calls us to be holly
But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, meekness, temperance: against such there is no law.”
These fruits are not produced by human effort but by the Spirit working in those who live and remain in Christ.
