At Abide in Christ the True Vine, our heartbeat is clear: to see lives transformed by the power of God’s Word and for Christ to be known, loved, and glorified among all peoples. Our mission is rooted in Jesus’ words: “Without Me ye can do nothing” (John 15:5). We believe that lasting change, true hope, and eternal fruit come only as men and women abide in Him, the True Vine.

Proclaiming the Gospel – We go out with the life-giving message of Jesus Christ, calling the lost, the broken, and the weary to find rest and salvation in Him.

Discipleship and Teaching – Our focus is not just on decisions, but on making disciples who are rooted in the Word, growing in Christlikeness, and equipped to disciple others.
Strengthening Families and Communities – We desire to restore families, encourage godly parenting, and equip believers to bring faith into everyday life. When Christ is at the center, households and communities flourish.
Raising a Christ-Centered Generation – We are burdened for the younger generation, who face unprecedented deception and distraction. Our mission is to anchor them in biblical truth and empower them to walk boldly with God.
Global Partnership and Mission – We extend beyond borders, working with churches, ministries, and faithful believers in different nations to see the Kingdom of God advanced across the earth.

This mission is not something we can do alone. It takes prayer, people, and provision. We are calling those who share this burden to come alongside us in partnership:

🌍 Training Shepherds, Transforming Nations

These photos tell a story — a story of hunger for God’s Word and the deep desire of pastors to be equipped to serve faithfully.

Recently, our team traveled to the Democratic Republic of Congo to train pastors and church leaders. We planned for thirty participants, but more than double that number came — men and women walking for miles, eager to learn the truth of Scripture and how to shepherd their congregations with wisdom and grace.

Our ministry is not limited to Congo. We are also training pastors across Uganda, and preparing to expand into Burundi, and the Southwest of Southern Sudan. In every region, the cry is the same: “Teach us the Word of God.”

To meet this need, we developed the book Equipping the Shepherds: A Practical Guide for Faithful Pastors and Church Leaders, a simple and biblical manual designed to help any rural pastor handle the Word of God accurately, build healthy churches, and guard against false teaching.

Pastors are now requesting this resource in their local languages — French, Swahili, and Lingala — so they can teach and disciple effectively within their own communities. The demand for faithful training and translated materials continues to grow beyond what we ever imagined.
